Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

All Apimaye products have limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against any defects. If there is anything not right, we’ll make it right.

​

Upon arrival of the product, please inspect the box for any abnormalities. On average, our hives go through 8 different shipping hubs to reach us, before being shipped to you. Each hub means the box gets handled one more time. If there are any dents on the package, please take a picture, and show it to your carrier as well. All our packages are insured through the carrier. If the items have arrived damaged, please take a picture of it and email it to us. We can send a replacement part right away.

If any part is damaged during or after the warranty period due to user error, we have parts available at reasonable prices to make sure your hive is back in perfect shape as soon as possible. Reach out to us with pictures of the parts that need to be replaced, and we’ll work on them together.

QueenBeeAcres, Apimaye Canada (“Distributor”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that its insulated beehive products (“Products”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms, limitations, and conditions set forth below.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

​

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fading, or discoloration.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, modification, or improper assembly.

• Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, exposure to chemicals or extreme environmental conditions, or use of unauthorized parts or accessories.

• Damage caused by animals (including but not limited to bears, rodents, and insects), natural disasters, fire, or acts of God.

 

Limitations:

This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. The Manufacturer’s liability is limited to, at its sole discretion, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the defective Product. Replacement parts or Products may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

No other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.

We ship within days of an order. Should you decide to cancel your order before it gets shipped, just cancel your order on our site, or call us and we’ll cancel your order and your money will be fully refunded.

Regular Returns

 

Please send an email to info@queenbeeacres.ca with your order number, and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the products, you'll be given a refund minus the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Used or unwanted hives​​

​

If the hives have been introduced to bees, we have a buy back policy for the hive equipment that is in good condition and simply no longer wanted. These prices are set and listed below, they are non negotiable for anything up to 2yrs old. Anything over 2yrs old will have to be evaluated before purchasing back. We only buy back used full hive equipment, no parts.
